My house is under construction after they made a pact with builder.Workmanship work very poor.Faulty mentioned several times, but without effect.Have paid 80% for the payment of agreement.Builder has stopped work demanding payment. Payment is by agreement came after the completion of a satisfactory work in all thro stage.Builder lobbying local politicians and labor to advise standstill.please

Speak to a lawyer and the contract for review. It may be possible to place a lien against the team that required him to go straight. What is it that you, you do not give a penny more than the clown .. Over the years I have turned contractors for shoddy work and that is withheld payments. I always pay 1 / 3 off the material, and another 1 / 3 at a fixed location in the building process. The last 1 / 3 will only be paid when the work is complete, done, and to my satisfaction.
