Blade Of Beef What Do I Do With Beef Western Ribs?

What do I do with beef western ribs? - blade of beef

I was a vegetarian for a long time, so I do not know what to do with the meat. The package says "top sheet westerrn beef ribs, but I thought the bones and ribs are the bones, so I am quite confused. What should I do for you?

Brown them on both sides. place them in a baking pan and with barbecue sauce. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 300 for 1 h 30 min. Then remove from the oven, remove the paper, juice, drained (I use a turkey baster), put them in the oven for minutes 10th Remove from the oven and the shape .....

With pepper and garlic powder and cook in a roasting pan, then about 15 minutes will be determined prior to the barbecue sauce. Serve with mashed root vegetables and corn on the cob.
